Financial Communication That Actually Works

Most teams struggle because money conversations feel awkward. We teach practical skills for discussing budgets, forecasts, and financial decisions without the jargon or tension.

How You'll Build These Skills

Our approach moves beyond spreadsheets. You'll practice real conversations about money that build trust instead of defensiveness.

1

Foundation Phase

Learn why financial discussions go wrong. We break down common communication barriers and teach frameworks that reduce conflict. Expect real scenarios from Argentina's business environment — exchange rate conversations, inflation adjustments, budget revisions.

2

Practice Sessions

Role-play tough money talks with feedback from experienced facilitators. You'll navigate budget cuts, forecast disagreements, and stakeholder pushback in controlled environments before facing them at work.

3

Applied Projects

Bring your actual work challenges. Whether it's presenting quarterly results or negotiating departmental budgets, you'll develop communication strategies specific to your situation and test them with peer review.

What Makes This Different

We don't teach accounting. If you need that, there are better places to go.

What we focus on is the human side of finance. How do you explain a budget overrun without sounding defensive? How do you push back on unrealistic forecasts without damaging relationships?

These skills matter more than most people realize. A financial analyst who can't communicate clearly creates more problems than they solve. Same goes for managers who avoid money conversations until things explode.

Our autumn 2025 cohort runs September through November. Limited to 18 participants to maintain quality discussion and personalized feedback.

Real Progress Takes Time

Start

Where Luciano Started

Luciano managed operations for a manufacturing company in Córdoba. Smart guy, knew his numbers. But board meetings were torture. He'd present financial updates and watch eyes glaze over or — worse — face aggressive questions he couldn't deflect.

The breaking point came during a quarterly review when the CFO interrupted his forecast presentation three times. Luciano realized his technical knowledge meant nothing if he couldn't communicate it effectively.

Now

Six Months Later

After completing our program in early 2025, Luciano restructured how he presents financial information. Instead of drowning stakeholders in spreadsheet details, he now frames numbers around business decisions.

His most recent board presentation sparked a productive debate about capital allocation. The CFO who used to interrupt him? Now asks Luciano to help other department heads improve their financial communication.

Ready to Improve How You Talk About Money?

Our next program starts in September 2025. We keep groups small, so spots fill up. If you're tired of financial conversations that go nowhere or create tension, let's talk about whether this fits your needs.
