Three Tracks, One Goal
You pick the path that matches where you are. All tracks run 8 months and meet once weekly for 3-hour sessions. We keep groups small because real skill development needs attention.
Foundation Track
Learn how to structure your thoughts, present ideas clearly, and handle basic business conversations without second-guessing yourself.
Leadership Track
Focus on team communication, conflict resolution, and the kind of conversations that happen when you're responsible for outcomes.
Strategic Track
Advanced communication for negotiations, stakeholder management, and situations where what you say has significant consequences.
How the 8 Months Break Down
Months 1-2: Building Blocks
We start with fundamentals. How to structure arguments, how to listen properly, and why most communication breakdowns happen before anyone opens their mouth.
Months 3-5: Real Scenarios
You'll work through actual situations from your field. Difficult conversations, presentations under pressure, written communication that needs to land right the first time.
Months 6-8: Integration Period
This is where it gets practical. You apply what you've learned in your actual work, bring back results, and we refine your approach based on what's working.
