Who We Are at flash-brain

We started because too many business owners were drowning in financial data but starving for actual understanding. That disconnect was costing them growth.

How This Started

Back in 2019, I was consulting with a manufacturing company in Córdoba. They had excellent margins on paper, but their leadership team couldn't explain where money was actually going. Turns out their finance reports were technically accurate but completely useless for decisions.

That's when it hit me. The problem wasn't bad accounting. It was that financial information lived in one language, and business operations spoke another. Nobody was translating between them.

So we built flash-brain around one simple idea: make financial information work the way people actually think and talk about their business. Not simpler. Just clearer.

What Drives Our Work

Clarity Over Complexity

Financial reports should answer questions, not create new ones. We strip out the jargon and focus on what actually matters for your next decision.

Real Conversations

The best financial insights happen when everyone at the table can participate. We build communication systems that work for operations, sales, and finance teams equally.

Practical Results

We measure success by whether your team can actually use what we create. If it sits in a folder unused, we didn't do our job.

Gabriel Moretti

Financial Communication Specialist

I spent twelve years in traditional finance roles before realizing the biggest problems weren't technical. They were about how information moved through organizations.

Now I work with mid-sized companies across Argentina to redesign how their financial data reaches decision-makers. Most of the time, it's not about generating new reports. It's about translating existing ones into formats that actually support conversations.

Outside work, I teach a quarterly workshop on financial literacy for small business owners in La Rioja. Turns out the same translation problems exist whether you're running a three-person operation or managing a hundred-employee company.

Our Process With Clients

Discovery Phase

We spend time with your actual teams to understand how financial information flows now. What gets shared in meetings? What questions come up repeatedly? Where do conversations stall? This takes about two weeks and involves sitting in on real planning sessions.

Communication Audit

Then we map the gaps between what finance provides and what operations needs. Usually we find three or four critical disconnects where good data becomes useless because it's presented wrong. This is where most of the value comes from.

System Design

We build communication frameworks tailored to your specific decision patterns. This might mean redesigning monthly reports, creating new dashboard views, or just changing how numbers get discussed in meetings. The goal is that finance and operations start speaking the same language.

Implementation Support

Change is awkward. We stick around for the first few cycles to help teams adjust to new formats and answer questions as they come up. Usually takes three months before the new approach feels normal.

Let's Talk About Your Situation

If your team struggles to have productive conversations about financial performance, we should chat. First consultation is always a discussion, not a pitch.
